Paid for Season 19/20 but doesn't show up that I did. Still waiting for them to reply. Not happy.

I'm currently at Sebring for the 1,000 miles race. I've been trying to load the app for the last 6 hours. Now I get an error message that says I need to update to the current version even though I have the current version. So I uninstalled & re-installed the app & still get an error message telling me I need to update. The app worked fine for timing & scoring yesterday during qualifying.
The app wont shut off even when force closed. Have to restart entire phone or uninstall to stop. I uninstalled. Its much faster than restarting

Told to download new version, but there is no new version... In the middle of a race... Works now, but still weird behavior with splitscreening
Purchased season pack, asked to download the latest version of the app. Opened latest version from play store. Asked to download latest version from the play store. Rinse. Repeat. Broken experience now a waste of money.
